A Little About Us

More than a school, more like a family.

When we ask our current families what they love about St. Francis Xavier School, they usually talk about the family atmosphere and how everyone knows everyone in our school community. They also talk about the values that we teach at SFX and how those values are displayed at home in their children as well. Our families talk about how our staff has been here forever and how dedicated the teachers are to each child’s development.

As a school, we feel incredibly humbled and honored to get to shape the minds of the next generation. These kids – your kids – are the reason we love what we do.

What is different at St. Francis Xavier?

Our teachers work with children to develop their whole self. Just as academics are important, so are spiritual, emotional, and social development.

We follow the example of Christ. Faith is woven into our daily curriculum, and we get to pray at school. How cool is that?!

We care for each other like family at SFX. We protect, love, and nurture your child like they are our own.

Meet our Principal, Heidi Schloe

Hi – I’m Heidi, the Principal here at St. Francis Xavier. We’re so excited about your interest in our SFX school community; we can’t wait to show you around. When you schedule a private tour, you’ll experience the family-atmosphere and loving environment of our school.

Our academic curriculum is strong and so is our focus on overall development. You’ll hear us talk about our ‘whole child’ approach, which means we also focus on social, emotional, physical, and spiritual development.

Most of our teachers and staff have been here a decade or two, so you may see familiar faces. We are certain you and your children will love it here as much as we do!
